ProGoals is a tool designed to help parents track and reflect on their child’s football development. It provides insights and guidance based on the information you choose to log.

You are responsible for how you use the product and the information you input.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your login details secure.

Payments and access

Paid features (including the founders lifetime offer) are processed securely via Stripe.

“Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the ProGoals product — not the lifetime of any individual user.

We may update pricing or introduce new features in the future, but any features included in your purchase at the time of payment will remain available to you.

Product changes

ProGoals is an evolving product. Features may be added, updated, or removed over time to improve the experience.

AI and guidance

Any insights or suggestions provided by ProGoals are for general guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or safeguarding guidance.

Health and activity disclaimer

Participation in football and physical activity carries inherent risk. ProGoals is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in sport or from actions taken based on product insights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the product, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use ProGoals in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Liability

ProGoals is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product.
